I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my late checkout request due to a late flight. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the restaurant served delicious food, especially the Pina Coladas. The location, between the city and the beach, was perfect for exploring. The highlight of my stay was the helpfulness of the staff, who even helped me arrange a cab and a visit to Lady Buda. I highly recommend this resort for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

the hotel is located in a peaceful area, hiddenaway from the main street, perfect for escaping the bustle of the city. One of the highlights was the impeccable service, the staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food. the swimming pool was kept clean and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.

The complimentary shuttle to and from town was a nice touch, and the location was secluded enough to avoid the crowds yet close enough to reach the main attractions.

The towels by the pool were scarce, and the water quality seemed off. , the bathroom had no door, only a curtain, which was an unpleasant surprise.

We had a wonderful stay at Waterway Resort! Trang was particularly kind. The location is great, just a 10-minute bike ride to the old town. We enjoyed watching the fishermen on the river and the wildlife on the banks. The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, with spacious rooms. The complimentary bikes were a nice touch. The staff helped us with organizing our tours and gave us great local recommendations. Without a doubt, our best stay in Vietnam! Many thanks to all the staff ❤️

The staff were exceptional, making us feel like part of the family. The room was clean and spacious, and the balcony overlooking the riverside yard was a peaceful oasis. We enjoyed the heated pool, especially in the evenings. The resort offered free bikes for exploring the area, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel.
